Mobile Homes in Colorado

Located in Pueblo, Co our team services the entire state! Colorado home dealers are notoriously overpriced and hide their numbers. We proudly display our factory-direct homes with pricing you won't find elsewhere.

With over 20 years of building experience, trust our family-owned operation to provide the right home for you and your family. Call to find out how affordable home ownership can be: 303-232-4151

How are you different from a Local Dealer?

In more ways than one! We’ve got access to a national audience of manufacturers. This means we can get rock-bottom wholesale pricing on nearly all of our floorplans. Of course, since we only have a few physical locations, this means that we can keep our costs lower than a typical local dealer. Local dealers will often stock ten or even up to 50 homes on their lot, and they charge you for the privilege. We understand that, especially with single wides, most floorplans are going to be very similar. So why have 10 of the same? Even at the physical sales lots we DO have, we try to keep a very slim inventory to ensure you’re getting the absolute lowest price you can. The Pros and Cons of Buying a Mobile Home

Why don't you have locations in every state?

Keeping our costs low is not only an important value of our company, but it is also what allows us to offer you homes for thousands and thousands less. For example, if we maintained a physical lot in every state, we would very likely succumb to the monthly upkeep for the privilege. It’s simply not a cost-productive way to run a business! Instead, we believe that 90% of our customers can review their floorplan online, which allows them to save so much more than a traditional dealer. Instead, our goal is to keep retail locations only in areas that make sense, to not compromise our goal of providing extremely low-cost homes to the average consumer.

Whats the difference between a Manufactured Home and a Stick Built home?

One of the most common questions we get about double wides is, “What makes a manufactured home different from a stick-built home?” The primary difference between the two is that manufactured homes are built in a factory and then transported to your lot. Site-built or “stick-built” homes are constructed directly onsite. Because they are built in a factory setting, manufactured homes come along with a wide range of benefits. For one, they are cheaper to build and are therefore typically more affordable than traditional stick-built homes. Secondly, manufactured homes are not subjected to the elements such as rain, snow, and ice while they are being built, unlike conventional site-built homes. Finally, manufactured homes like single wides and double wides are moveable, which is one of the many reasons why people choose manufactured homes over a conventional build. It’s also important to note that, unlike the mobile homes of the past, today’s for sale manufactured homes are built to conform to the national Housing and Urban Development (HUD) code and are inspected, although they do not necessarily have to comply with local building codes. If you’re looking for a mobile home sale or a great mix of affordability and comfort, buying a double wide might make the most sense for you.

Where was Home Nation started?

We had our humble beginnings as a company in Goshen, Indiana, where we are still headquartered to this day. Quite fortunately, we started in the very heart of manufactured homes. A good portion of housing in the Midwest is made up of single and double wide mobile homes (not to mention modular housing). This allowed us to quickly grow our business as we began to realize just how badly affordable housing is needed in this country. Having made it through the 2008 Global Financial Crisis, and witnessing student debt top 1 Trillion dollars, we like to think were doing our part in making the American Dream affordable again. Since our inception, weve moved states all the way down to Florida, and all the way West to Colorado. Within this triangle of sales lots, we have hundreds if not thousands of customers that are happily living in our homes. Indiana was our home and always will be, but our ultimate goal is to become a nationwide dealer that can offer affordable housing to every citizen in the lower 48 states! (Although Hawaii and Alaska arent out of the question...) Northern Indiana has been a fertile place for a business like ours, and we are thankful for every customer that has taken the plunge in saving thousands with our company. You can be the next!
