After doing a lot of research—and let me say, I research EVERYTHING—I found midwestmobilehomes.com. I chose them because of the selection of homes available to build the way we wanted and for what we could afford. We then met with our sales representative Kyle, whose enthusiasm is very contagious...
Right from the very beginning Kyle was very helpful and worked with us to give us everything we wanted in our new home. He communicated with us very well throughout the process. He also helped us find someone to set the home. Although we did have a few problems along the way, in the end Kyle went above and beyond to make everything right and for that I would definitely recommend Midwest Mobile Homes to anyone!
PS: There is only one thing I would change—I would have happily paid Midwest Mobile Homes to do the whole set for us. It is a lot to find all the people to complete the set up (plumbers, electricians, gas connection, drywall). Maybe that is a service they will have in the future. (It was all still worth it.)
