Mobile Homes sold for less in Indiana
If anyone knows mobile homes in Indiana, it's us. And for good reason, Home Nation was founded in the northern Indiana city of Goshen. Since then, we have maintained a constant
presence in the Midwest and Michiana area, servicing customers looking for manufactured housing within a 500 mile radius.
We are Indiana's #1 mobile home dealer, offering pricing
on new mobile homes and modular homes that cannot be matched. Being local, we are well able to service customers from our headquarters, and able to know each customer on a more personal level.
Being in the heart of the Midwest, we are thrilled to be able to offer pricing on manufactured housing that makes the American dream of owning and living in your own house a reality. Join us in
our Home Field Advantage!
We started here with the intent of providing America's most affordable house (so of course we decided to go with manufactured housing). In the years since our founding, our business has grown
leaps and bounds to join some of the biggest manufactured home dealers in the nation by connecting price-saavy consumers with wholesale floorplans from our manufacturers. With literally thousands
of customers that can back us up, we have not only offered the dream of home ownership to our customers but have sold it too. In that time, we've also seen just about as many different mobile
home projects and situations that you can think of. Single wide on a basement? Yup. Double Wide with all linoleum floors? Sure. Used modular homes? As strange as it sounds, yes, we've sold those too.
So don't think your project is too demanding, our project managers are ready to asses your situation and do their best in helping you move into your new double wide manufactured home. We're very sure in our
product too, and have had a relationship with some of our manufacturers for decades. So rest assured, we know our product and options well. We can help you choose which mobile home faucet, which decor package,
or which dormer to put on your house.

Building a new home, or any construction project for that matter, is fraught with delays by its very nature. Why? Its like a juggling act, with 100 moving parts. Its simply not possible to account for the million different ways your project could be held up. So when it happens, dont worry! Not one project will go perfectly. One of the most common delays for a project is permits. When building real estate, local building departments require permits to construct a new building. In the permit they will require certain things, such as having a setback of 20 feet from the road. This is all in accordance with that particular city or towns laws. What happens is the permit will be applied for, they will point out something that needs to be brought into accordance with their law, and we modify according to their request. Rinse repeat. Not only is this common, but its actually quite a standard process. Another common delay is weather, you cant predict when itll rain on your property stopping the concrete from being poured or not, for obvious reasons. Delays are something you will need to be comfortable with before starting a new home project with a manufactured home.
How to keep your mobile home cool in the Summer
The days are getting longer and warmer, which can only mean one thing. Summer is fast approaching! But how can ensure you keep cool in your mobile home during the hotter weather? One such inexpensive way is to cover your windows in window film. They work by blocking out the sun’s rays, meaning they are great at keeping the heat out of your home. Applying a layer of roof coating to your mobile home can also help you beat the heat by reflecting the sun’s rays instead of absorbing them. Installing air conditioning is also a viable option. While window AC units are cheaper, installing a central AC unit is a much more permanent solution and can keep you warm during those winter months too.
Another reason to go with Home Nation, is that we can find you financing for your prefab home. Most manufactured home dealers won't do this, instead leaving you to fund it yourself. We work closely with several lenders, and can make that process much easier. Just fill out the form on our Financing Page to see if you're eligible for one of our very competitive loans. If you're looking for mobile homes in IN, getting your home funded shouldn't be the obstacle between you and a new home, we can often finance our buyers, even with low credit scores.
