Mobile Homes sold for less in Indiana

If anyone knows mobile homes in Indiana, it's us. And for good reason, Home Nation was founded in the northern Indiana city of Goshen. Since then, we have maintained a constant presence in the Midwest and Michiana area, servicing customers looking for manufactured housing within a 500 mile radius.

We are Indiana's #1 mobile home dealer, offering pricing on new mobile homes and modular homes that cannot be matched. Being local, we are well able to service customers from our headquarters, and able to know each customer on a more personal level. Being in the heart of the Midwest, we are thrilled to be able to offer pricing on manufactured housing that makes the American dream of owning and living in your own house a reality. Join us in our Home Field Advantage!

We started here with the intent of providing America's most affordable house (so of course we decided to go with manufactured housing). In the years since our founding, our business has grown leaps and bounds to join some of the biggest manufactured home dealers in the nation by connecting price-saavy consumers with wholesale floorplans from our manufacturers. With literally thousands of customers that can back us up, we have not only offered the dream of home ownership to our customers but have sold it too. In that time, we've also seen just about as many different mobile home projects and situations that you can think of. Single wide on a basement? Yup. Double Wide with all linoleum floors? Sure. Used modular homes? As strange as it sounds, yes, we've sold those too.

So don't think your project is too demanding, our project managers are ready to asses your situation and do their best in helping you move into your new double wide manufactured home. We're very sure in our product too, and have had a relationship with some of our manufacturers for decades. So rest assured, we know our product and options well. We can help you choose which mobile home faucet, which decor package, or which dormer to put on your house.

Why should I get a double wide?

Double Wide mobile homes are not always bigger as you might think. Actually, some of our more popular floorplans such as The Breeze are very short in length, this gives them a more square profile and when walking through the home will feel more like a stick built house and less like a trailer. Another benefit to a Double Wide trailer home is that your bedrooms dont have to be arranged in a line, with the master bedroom at the end. Instead, there is usually a central hallway that the rooms will be clustered around. Seperating your kitchen / laundry area to one side of the house while your living room and places to sleep is on the other is also a great way to split up your home. Still, single wides have their benefits too. They can easily be unset and transported to a new location in ways that a double wide cannot. A double wide will have to be joined on the site, which costs money and if not done properly can possibly introduce leaks into your roof. This is not the case with a single wide, which is one single unit as the name implies.

How to keep your mobile home cool in the Summer

The days are getting longer and warmer, which can only mean one thing. Summer is fast approaching! But how can ensure you keep cool in your mobile home during the hotter weather? One such inexpensive way is to cover your windows in window film. They work by blocking out the sun’s rays, meaning they are great at keeping the heat out of your home. Applying a layer of roof coating to your mobile home can also help you beat the heat by reflecting the sun’s rays instead of absorbing them. Installing air conditioning is also a viable option. While window AC units are cheaper, installing a central AC unit is a much more permanent solution and can keep you warm during those winter months too.

If you're looking for mobile homes in IN, getting your home funded shouldn't be the obstacle between you and a new home, we can often finance our buyers, even with low credit scores.

If you're located in Moores Hill, Indiana, and need a local lender for manufactured homes in IN, we can help you out. Contact us today to find the perfect lender, and get you payments you can work with.
